The 7–14 business-day total includes handling and transit time: 1–3 business days for handling plus 6–11 business days in transit. Handling and delivery take place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, destination, product availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization, product availability, and verification when necessary.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Order Cutoff

Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York), Monday through Friday. Orders received before the cutoff begin processing that business day. Orders received at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Eastern Time follows daylight saving time where applicable.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge for any product, including equipment shipped by freight. Order prices are shown in USD.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving your tracking information for the shipping carrier’s tracking system to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
