The S 280 CSO is a semi-automatic horizontal band saw designed for accurate, repeatable cutting of steel tubes, profiles, and solid bars in fabrication and maintenance environments. Its rigid saw frame, controlled cutting descent, and stable clamping system support consistent cut quality while maintaining straightforward, dependable operation.
The CSO operating configuration combines hydraulic-controlled cutting descent with a mechanical head return. This approach provides smooth, regulated cutting pressure during the cut while keeping the machine mechanically simple, durable, and easy to maintain.

Operating Cycle:
Cycle start is initiated by pressing the start button. Once activated, the machine performs the following operations during each cutting cycle:
1. Closing of the material vice and activation of the blade motor.
2. Cutting head descends under hydraulic control, regulating cutting pressure throughout the cut.
3. The cut is completed and the blade motor stops.
4. The cutting head is returned to the raised position manually.
