The S-411-GA is a fully automatic CNC hydraulic band saw designed for high-production cutting of tubes, profiles, and solid materials in fabrication and industrial production environments where throughput, accuracy, and reduced operator involvement are required. Its automatic CNC control, hydraulic cutting system, and programmable miter capability support reliable, repeatable cutting for demanding production applications.

The machine provides programmable miter cutting from 45° left to 60° right. A 10″ touchscreen provides fully automated machine control with bar optimization, while the brushless-motor-driven feed carriage uses a recirculating ball screw for precise material positioning without a practical material length limitation.

Operating Cycle:
Cycle parameters are programmed through the 10″ touchscreen. Once material is loaded and the cutting program is established, the CNC-controlled system manages material positioning and the cutting process for repeat production.

1. Material is positioned by the CNC-controlled feed carriage.
2. Hydraulic vises secure the material.
3. The saw head descends through the programmed cutting cycle.
4. The cut is completed and the saw head returns.
5. The feed carriage advances the material to the programmed length.
6. The cutting cycle repeats according to the programmed job.
